NEW NEVADA REVISED STATUTE TO TAKE EFFECT:

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT NRS 597.970 TAKES EFFECT ON OCTOBER 1, 2008.  THIS STATUTE PUTS RESTRICTIONS ON THE TRANSFER OF PERSONAL INFORMATION THROUGH ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION.

Effective July 1, 2007

Effective October 31, 2007, amendments were made to the NAC 656.120, NAC 656.160, NAC 656.210, NAC 656.250, NAC 656.270, and NAC, 656.280.
