What would it take?

In order to keep the court reporter at the center of the action in the courtroom and the deposition suite, we have to educate and remind the judges and attorneys of all the many services we offer. It seems like it would be fairly easy to get on to the schedule for bar association conferences and lunch & learn meetings, and on the annual convention program for the judges. We also have the law school in Vegas and the Judicial College in Reno.
What would it take to entice you to volunteer to participate in that kind of educational process? It would benefit the work world for reporters now, and really brighten the future for our profession.
