It is a valuable tool to explain who we are, what we do, and why our presence in the courtroom is so necessary.
Cecilia Vohl of the NVCRA is willing to train others in how to present before a legal group and will share her Marketing Court Reporter Value Powerpoint presentation which she has been assembled for this purpose. Please contact Cecilia or another member of the NVCRA board for more information.

In the wake of disparaging remarks made by the governor, California court reporters have scored a huge victory. On June 10, the Budget Committee rejected the Legislative Analyst's Office's proposal to replace official court reporters with digital recording and removed the language from the budget proposal.
